Following the death of his father, Britt Reid, heir to his father’s large company, teams up with his late dad’s assistant Kato to become a masked crime fighting team. By day he is the owner of a newspaper empire leading a seemingly average life but at night he becomes a masked hero known as Green Hornet who fights against crime and corruption. So together with his martial arts veteran side kick he ventures to track down the crime world of city. There he learns about crime lord Benjamin Chudnofsky who eventually becomes his nemesis.
